~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING ESTABLISHMENT OF "NO PARKING ZONES"
IN CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE CITY. .
WHEREAS, itappe&r~, n'\,c<essary and desiri1-b Ie to prohibit parking on
portions 0 f Newport Avenue/lfridge,Street, the alley sou\:h of Branch Street,
and Cherry Avenue, as sp"cifically described below;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT IU/SOLVED by the City Coui1cil of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
1, That a "No Parking" zone be established on the northerly side of
1ow,'r Newport Avenue, between Courtland Street and the easterly
,.nd "f said street to and including the cul-de-sac at said
easterly end of sadd stl'<let: excepting therefrom th.' southerly side
of said cul-de-sac.
2. That a "No Parking" zone be established at the Bridge Stre,et bridge,
beginning at a point one hundred twenty-two feet (122') southerly of
the curb returR' at tbE!,,;lntersect1on wi,th. Branch Street and continuing
two hundred three' feet (2&3,1) sQutl1erly therefrom,
3. That s "No Park1ngll,zone be establhhed on the northerly side of
that alley located sQUtherly of Branch Street, said zone beginning
at Bridge St~t';tnd',lIonti.nuingsixtro~ het (61') easterly
therefrom.
4. That a "N'o Parking" zone be established on the northerly side ,)f
East Cherry ~venue between Pacific Coast Railway Place and Traffic
Way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tbat the Chief of 1'011<:e of the City of Arroyo
