RESOLUTION NO. 1116
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE,
CALIFOR~IA. FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO BE RAISED
BY TAXATION FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1974, .
AND FIXING THE RATES OF TAXES FOR SUCH FISCAL YEAR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRAND AS FOLLOWS:
1. The amount of money necessary to be raised by taxation upon Li"
taxable property within the City of Arroyo Grande, California, as revenu,' !.,.
carryon the various departments is hereby fixed as follows:
GENERAL GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS the swn of $337,505.00
EMPLOYE~: RETIREMENT the sum of $ 27,040,00
RECREAT[QN the sum of $ 6.870.00
TOTAL the sum of $371,415.00
2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the purpose of raising said sum 1'1'
money necessary to be raised by taxation upon the taxable property within said
City as revenue to carryon the various departments of said City for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 1974, the rates of taxes are hereby fixed and taxes are
hereby levied on all taxable property within the said City for the fiscal year
beginning July I, 1974, as follows:
GENERAL GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS at the rate of $1,74 upon each $100.00
of assessed valuation of said property,
EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT at the rate of $0,14 upon each $100.00
of assessed valuation of said pn'perty,
RECREATION at the rate of $0,03 upon each $100.00
of assessed valuation of said orooertv.
TOTAL at the rate of $1,91 upon each $100.00
of assessed valuation of said property,
as assessed by the Assessor of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
and equalized by the Board of Supervisors of said County,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution is passed and adopted pursuant
to the provisions of an Act of 'tha State of California entitled "An Act to Provide
for the Levy and Collection , of ~.s Under the Laws of the Stat~ of California,
