RESOLUTION NO. 1109
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING ESTABLISHMENT OF A "NO PARKING ZONE"
ON HIGHWAY 227, BE'lWEEN GARDEN STREET AND HUASNA ROAD.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a
portion of Highway 227 between Garden Street and Huasna Road, as specifically
described below;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grand~ as follows:

That a "No Parking" zone be established on the southerly side of
Route 227 from Garden Street easterly to Huasna Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of' Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and he is herewith ordered to install all necessary signs along
said portion of Highway 227 to indicate the "No Parking" zone as set forth
above.
On motion of Councilman Millis, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councibnen Spierling, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 23rd day of July, 1974.
