RESOLUTION NO. 1108
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF m CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE DIRECTING PIACEMENT OF "NO U-TURN" SIGNS AT THE
INTERSECTION OF GRAND AVENUE AND HALCYON ROAD.
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit the negotiation
of "u" turns at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Halcyon Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, that "u" turns be prohibited at the intersection of Grand
Avenue and Halcyon Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and he is herewith ordered to have the necessary signs installed.
On motion of Councilman Spierling, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Millis, Spierling~ de Leon and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 9th day of July, 1974.
