- RESOLUTION NO. 1102
\
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE ORDERING THE ,ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF A
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT (GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 50430 ET SEQ,)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has elected to
proceed under provisions of Government Code Section 50430, et seq., and in
accordance with the provisions thereof, by resolution, the Arroyo Grande
City Council set the time and place for public hearing of protests for the
vacation of said public utility easement at 8:00 P,M" June 25, 1974, in the
Arroyo Grande City Council Chambers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found, on the basis of evidence produced
at the public hearing, that the hereinafter described easement is unnecessary
for present or future public utility easement purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinafter described Arroyo
Grande City public utility easement is vacated and it is so ordered.
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, the southerly 70 feet of the 10 foot
Public Utility Easement along the easterly property line
of Lot 10 Tract 409 recorded in Map Book 8 at Page 19 in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California.
On motion of Councilman Millis, seconded by Councilman Spier ling and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day of June, 1974.
