RESOLUTION NO. 1099
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE APPROVING AN AMENDED.ANNUAL TRANSPORTATION
CLAIM AND AUTHORIZING ITS SUBMITTAL TO THE SAN LUIS OBISPO
COUNTY AND CITIES AREA PLANNING COORDINATING COUNCIL.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande,
in accordance with Chapter 1400, Statutes 1971 and applicable rules and regula-
tions, approves the amended Annual Transportation Claim and authorizes its
submittal, along with all other documentation required, to the San Luis
Obispo County and Cities Area Planning Coordinating Council.
On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman Millis and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Millis, Spierling, de Leon and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 28th day of May, 1974.
