RESOLUTION NO. 1093
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE
HIGHWAYS IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
Transportation, has presented an agreement entitled "Agreement for Maintenance
of State Highways in the City" which concerns State Highway Routes within the
limits of the City of Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard said agreement in full and is
familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande that said agreement be and the same is hereby approved and
the Mayor and City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City Council.
On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman Schlegel and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Millis, Spierling. de Leon and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 9th day of April, 1974.

of San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby certify that the foregoing
