R 1092 -'.- -, RESOLUTION NO, 1092 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ORDERING THE ABANDONMENT OF AN ALLEY WITHIN APSEY'S ADDITION TO THE CHAUTAUQUA ASSEMBLY GROUNDS (STREETS & HIGHWAYS CODE SECTION 8323, ET SEQ.) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has elected to proceed under provisions of Streets and Highways Code Section 8321, et seq., and in accordance with the provisions thereof, by resolution, the Arroyo Grande City Council set the time and place for public hearing of protests for the vacation of said alley at 8:00 P.M., April 9, 1974, in the Arroyo Grande City Council Chambers; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found, on the basis of evidence produced at the public hearing, that the hereinafter described alley is unnecessary for present or future public street purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinafter described Arroyo Grande alley be abandoped and it is so ordered. A fifteen foot (15') alley located adjacent to the southerly boundary of the Apsey's Addition to the Chautauqua Assembly Grounds as shown on that map recorded in Book B on Page 5 of Maps of San Luis Obispo County Records, On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Millis, Spierling, de Leon and Mayor Talley NOES : None ABSENT: None the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 9th day of April, 1974.
