A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN
AGREEMENTS BETWEEN EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
FOR WORK INCENTIVE PROGRAMS.
BE\Ij~t~~OLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande as
follows:
That the City Administrator be and he is hereby authorized to sign
agreements between the City of Arroyo Grande and Employment Development
Department for Work Incentive Programs (WIN), for and on behalf of the City.
On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman Spier1ing and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Millis, Spierling, de Leon and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 9th day of April. 1974.
