RESOLUTION NO. 1088
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MUTUAL
AID AGREEMENT BE'lWEEN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DIVISION OF FORESTRY.
WHEREAS~ an agreement has been presented by the State of California
Department of Conservation, Division of Forestry and the City of Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interest of the City of Arroyo
Grande that said agreement be executed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement is hereby approved
and the Mayor of the City of Arroyo Grande is hereby authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on bel~lf of said City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Councilman Millis and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Millis, Spierling, de Leon and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of March, 1974.
