RESOLUTION NO. 1085
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR A~~ CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENT NO. 74~ 9 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES that
the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute that certain agreement with
the State of California Department of Transportation designated Agreement
!
No. 74-9, regarding the constructi~n and construction engineering costs for
the improvement of SHR 227 (Branch St.) between Traffic Way and Crown Street.
On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman Millis and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Talley, Millis, Wood, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of February, 1974.
