R 1084 ~ -- .- RESOLUTION NO. 1084 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY FOR TAXICAB SERVICE PURSUANT TO ARROYO GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 5-10,02, WHEREAS, an application has been heretofore filed by Doyle R, Griffith on behalf of San Luis Transportation Company, for granting of a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to operate a taxicab service within the City of Arroyo Grande, to be known as "y ELL 0 W CAB COM PAN Y", and to commence initially with two taxicabs with a color scheme of yellow with black lettering; and, WHEREAS, upon hearing duly held after notice given as required by law, it appearing to the Council that the circumstances warrant the granting of said Certificate; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, as follows: That it is hereby determined that the Public Convenience and Necessity require the taxicab service proposed by San Luis Transportation Company, Inc. in accordance with the application on file herein, upon the full compliance by said applicant with the terms, conditions and requirements of Title 5, Chapter 10 of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code, On motion of Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman Wood and on the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Talley, Millis, Wood, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel NOES: None ABSENT: None the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of February, 1974, ATTEST k;;t , ckf ~..t2a> , CITY CLERK I, Ines A. del Campo, City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. ~ is a true, full and correct copy of said resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 26th day of February, 1974, WITNESS my hand and the seal of the City of Arroyo Grande affixed this 27th day of February, 1974, ~ 51. rid ~,Lh City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande (SEAL)
