RESOLUTION NO. 1082
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF
THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does
hereby authorize the Office of Procurement. Department of General Services of
the State of California, to purchase
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS
for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande pursuant to Section 14814,
Government Code, and that Thomas M. Butch, Purchasing Agent, is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and
other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of
Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Councilman Wood, seconded by Councilman Millis and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Talley, Millis, Wood and Mayor Schlegel
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman de Leon
the foregoing resolution was passed

of San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution No. 1082 is a true, full and correct copy of said resolution passed
