RESOLUTION NO. 1062
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does
hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of
the State of California> to purchase the following:
Diesel - 1) 400 ga Ilons
Regular - 9 ~OOO gallons
Ethyl - 16 )800 gallons
Oil - As needed
Gasoline for Credit Cards- Approximately 1,000 gallons
for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande pursuant to Section 14.814)

Government Code, and that Thomas M. Butchs Purchasi.ng Agent~ is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewitn for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo
Grande.
On motion of Councihaan Millis) seconded by councilman de Leon and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Talley, Millis, W0od, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 11th day of September, 1973.
