A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDI'
REQUESTING THE CALIFORNIA STATE DEPARTMEt."T OF TRANSPORTATION
TO CONDUCT A STUDY IN ORDER TO OFFICIALLY QUALIFY THOSE PORTIONS
OF GRAND AVENUE~BQANCH STREET-HUASNA ROAD-LOPEZ DRIVE FROM THE
'PACIFIC OCEAN COAST TO LOPEZ 'LAKE.ENTRANCE WITHIN THE CITY OF
AR1!I:riO GRANDE AS A SCENIC IHGHWA Y ,
W"dEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande is interested
in tb~ Stat!! Highway Beautification Program; and
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of California has provided means
whe~eby a Scenic Co~ridor may be created on any public road; and \'..,
WHEREAS, the California State Deparbnent of Transportation has indicated
~fi interest in doing a study to create the above Scenic Corridor,
"'OW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE DOES
