RESOLUTION NO, 1055
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO, 1054 REGARDING
CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS, GUTTERS, DRIVEWAY APRONS AND
SIDEWALKS ON DEL SOL STREET,
WHEREAS, the Arroyo Grande City Council at its meeting on the 14th day
of August, 1973, adopted Resolution No, 1054 relating to instructing the
Superintendent of Streets to order construction of concrete curbs, gutters
and sidewalks within the City of Arroyo Grande and shortly thereafter
reconsidered said matter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That Arroyo Grande City Council Resolution No. 1054,
instructing the Superintendent of Streets to order the construction of
concrete curbs, gutters, driveway aprons and sidewalks, along both the East
and West sides of Del Sol Street, be rescinded,
On motion of Councilman Millis, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Talley, Millis, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Wood
the foregoing resolution was passed and
