RESOWTION NO. 1044
A RESOW"rION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
DISTRICT AGREEMENT NO. 73-lWITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE HEREBY RESOLVES that
the Mayor 'and City .Clerk be authorized to execute that certain .agreement with
the State of California Division of Highways designated District Agreement
No. 73-1.
On motion of CounciLman ~ood, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on the
