A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GR.ANDEAUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE TO SIGN TOPICS SUPPLEMENT NO. 2 OF
AGREEMENT NO. 3 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has approved
TOPICS Program of Traffic Operations Improvements described in Supplement No. 2 ~~1
of Agreement No.3 (Project No. T-3029(8) ) dated March 26~ 1973;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arroyo Grande that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande
be authorized to execute said Agreement with the State of California on behalf
of the City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Councibnan de Leon, seconded by Councilman Wood and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Millis, Talley, Wood, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of Apri1~ 1973.
