RESOLUTION NO. '1025
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING ESTABLISHMENT OF SCHOOL ZONE SIGNS,
BOULEVARD STOP SIGNS, AND NO PARKING ZONE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS
FOLLOWS:
That hereafter the following listed school 20ne signs, stop signs and
no parking zones shall become effective immediately and the Chief of Police is
hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and/or markings to
indicate the following "School Zone" signs, "Stop" signs, a.nd "No Parking" zone,
1. "SCHOOL ZONE" SIGNS
A, Adjacent to the Lopez Continuation High School on South Elm
Street.
B, On Fair Oaks Avenue and Valley Rogd gdjacent to the Valley
Road High School Campus,
C, On Bridge Street adjacent to the Presbyterian Church and
Christian Academy.
2. BOULEVARD STOP SIGNS
A. On the southwest corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sierra Drive
so as to stop all traffic traveling easterly on Hillcrest Drive
before entering Sierra Drive.
B. On the south side of Linda Drive, said sign to be located one
hundred thirt~four feet (134') easterly of the east line of
North Elm Street,
3. NO PARKING ZONE
A. On the north side of Nelson Street beginning at a point eighty-
eight feet (88') east of the easterly property line of Whiteley
Street and extending easterly a distance of two hundred and
eight feet (208').
On motion of Councilman Millis, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Millis,'. Talley, Wood, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel

of San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution No, 1025 is a true, full and correct copy of said resolution passed
and adopted by the City C~uncil of the City of Arroyo Grande at a regular
meeting of said C~ncil held on the 13th day of March, 1973.
