RESOLUTION NO. 1022
A RESOLUTlON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Cauncil of the City of Arroyo Grande does
hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Departr!lent of General Services of
the State of California, to purchase
TRAFFIC PAINT, TUBES & TIRES
for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande pursuant to Section 14814,
Government Code, and that ThomaB M, Butch, Purchasing Agent, is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo
Grande.
On motion of Councilman Millis, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Millis, Talley, Wood, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resol~tion was passed and adopted this 13th day of February, 1973,
