A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE C lIT CLERK TO ACCEPT AND RECORD
A DEED OF REAL PROPERTY FROM PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND
TELEGRAPH COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arroyo Grande as follows:
That the City Clerk be and she is hereby instructed to receive and record
that deed from Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company~ granting to the City of
Arroyo Grande the real property described in said Deed.
On motion of Councilman Millis~ seconded by Councilman Talley and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Millis, Talley, Wood, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
