available at all times proper accounting records to tbe Department of Housing
and Urban De.velopment thos proced~:!res \ftIili be ac.ceptable tn !-IUD; and
WHEREAS, the County of San Luis Obispo is pr(~s8ntly administcn:-ing alI
other features of the Arroyo Grande Sewer Project;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande resolves
as follows:
That subject to a.cceptance by tho County of San Luis Obispo B()ard of
Supervisors, it is i:wreby offered that the Treasurer of thE:; County of San Luis
Obispo be appointed the depository of record t:J rect:~ive Grant Funds \.1nder
contract No, S-6-05-285, and, that the Treasurer of thB County of San Luis
Obispo be appointed the depo~itDry of record to rt,'~ceive IDan Funds under
contract No, PFL-CA-09-l6-l000,
