RESOLUTION NO. 1012
A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKINGtf ZONE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF GRAND
AVENUE BE~EEN ALDER STREET AND ELM STREET.
WHERE~, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on a
portion of Grand Avenue at the location described below;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
1. That a "NO PARKING" zone be established on the South side of Grand
A~n.ue beginning at a point located 100 feet easterly of the
northwest corner of Lot 8 of the Folsom Tract according to map
thereof filed September 26, 1891 in Book B of Maps at Page 75 in
the County Ri::corder's Office, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, and extending 32 feet easterly.
2. That the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande be, and he
is herewith directed to install No Parking signs and markings along
said portion of Grand Aven~e to indicate the prohibited parking area
as above set forth.
On motion of Councilman Talley, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Millis, Talley, Wood, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of November, 1972.

of San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution No. 1012 is a true, full and correct copy of said resolution passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the 14th day of November, 1972.
