RESOLUTION NO. 1005
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AGREEING TO ADVANCE CERTAIN FUNDS
FOR THE ARROYO GRANDE SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande desires to demonstrate its support
of the Arroyo Grande Sewer Assessment District,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande agrees to
contribute the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), heretofore loaned to the
County of San Luis Obispo for said project, to indicate the City of Arroyo
Grande's support for said project.
On motion of Councilman Millis, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Millis, Talley, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Wood
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of August, 1972.
