RESOLUTI(It NO. 1002
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO
PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does
hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of Gene~al Services of
the State of California, to purchase
ONE (1) INTERMEDIATE SIZE SEDAN
for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande pursuant to Section 14814,
Government Code, and that Thomas M. Butch, Purchasing Agent, is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo
Grande.
On motion of Councilman Talley, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Millis, Talley, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Wood
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of August, 1972,
