OF ARROYO GRANDE REQUESTING GRANT CONTRACT BEtWEEN 'l'HECALIFORNIA COUNCIL ON CRIMINAL JUSTICE FOR A STUDY FOR CONSOLIDATION OF "LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES WITHIN SOUTH SAN LUIS OBISPO COUN'1'YBEEXTENDED TO AUGUST 31, 1972. WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has undertaken a study of Consolidation of Law Enforcement Agencies within South San Luis Obispo County which 1s funded in part from funds made available ,through the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ac1ministeredby the California Council on Criminal Justice. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that ThomasM. Butch, City Ac1ministrator of the City of Arroyo Grande is authorized to execute a.ndsubtnit the attached Application for contract time extension for 'GrantforLaw Enforcement Purposes to the California Council on Criminal Justice for its consideration.
