RESOLUTION NO. 999
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF /
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO
PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does
hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of
the State of California, to purchase
TWO (2) INTERMEDIATE SIZE SEDANS
for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande pursuant to Section 14814.
Government Code, and that Thomas M. Butch, Purchasing Agent, is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
docuinents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande.

On motion of Councilman" de Leon: seconded by Councilman Wood and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Millis, Talley, Wood, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day of July, 1972.
