A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COL'NCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT NO. 72-18
(MASON STREET BRIDGE REPAIR)
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~OYO GRANDE
AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and City Clerk of tht City of Arroyo Grande are hereby
authorized to execute Agreement No. 72-18 with the State of California through
its Department of Public Works, Division of Highways.
On motion of Councilman Wood, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Millis, Wood, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Talley
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of June, 1972.
