A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "NO PARKING" ZONE
ON THE EAST SIDE OF TRAFFIC WAY BE'lWEEN NELSON
STREET AND BRIDGE STREET
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to prohibit parking on
a portion of Traffic Way at the location described below;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grandet as follows:
NO PARKING be permitted on the east side of Traffic Way between
Nelson Street and Bridge Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo
Grande be, and he is herewith directed to install No Parking signs and
markings along said portion of Traffic Way to indicate the prohibited
parking area as above set forth.
On motion of Councibnan Millis, seconded by Councibnan de Leon and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Millis, Talley, Wood, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
