RESOLUTION NO. '982
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "TWO-HOUR PARKING"
ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF TRAFFIC 'QAY BETWEEN
FAIR OAKS AVENUE AND CHERRY AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande is, by
ordinance, permitted to establish limtted'~parking'on City's:~eets, '~al}.d'
WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to limit '.par~.ting 'on
a portion of Traffic Way at the location described below,
NOW 'l1IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande, as follows:
That hereafter parking on the west side of Traffic Way
between Fair Oaks Avenue and Cherry Avenue, shall be
limited to two~hour parking. .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tnat the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and he is hereby~authorized:to'.provide and install
sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate that said area has limited
parking for two hours only.
On motion of Councilman Wood, seconded by Councilman de Leon, and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Millis, Talley, Wood, de Leon and Mayor Schlegel .-
NOES: None
