A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT
OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
does hereby authorize the Off~ce of Procurement, Department of General
Services"of the State of CaUfornia, to purchase
ONE (1) CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL ClASS "A" SPECIAL SERVICE VEHICLE
TIRES AND TUBES
for and on behalf of the City of 4rroyo Grande pursuant to Section 14814,
Government Code, and that Thomas M, Butch, Purchasing Agent, is hereby
authorized and directed to sign a~d deliver all necessary requests and
other doc~nts in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of
Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Councilman Wood, seconded by Councilwoman Thompson
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Wood, Talley and Mayor Levine.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 25th day of January,
