R 4333 RESOLUTION NO. 4333
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
FOR PARCEL MAP AG 08 -0078, LOCATED AT 127
NELSON STREET AND 138 SHORT STREET
CONSTRUCTED BY PRUETT FAMILY TRUST
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Parcel Map AG 08 -0078, located at 127
Nelson Street and 138 Short Street, on June 23, 2009;
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to construct certain public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements required by the
conditions of approval for Parcel Map AG 08 -0078; and
WHEREAS, staff has inspected the improvements and finds they are constructed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project; and
WHEREAS, the developer has provided the 10% warranty security as required by the
conditions of approval, to be released at the conclusion of the one -year warranty period,
provided the improvements are still in satisfactory condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the following for Parcel Map AG 08 -0078:
1. The drop inlet at the northeast corner of Bridge Street and Nelson Street with a
curb opening drop inlet with fossil filter insert.
2. Curb, gutter and sidewalk installation at 127 Nelson Street.
On motion of Council Member Costello, seconded by Council Member Guthrie, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Costello, Guthrie, Brown, Ray, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 11 day of January 2011.
