RESOLUTION NO. 962
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATE
(TOPICS PROJECT)

WHEREAS, no right-of-way acquisitions were or are needed for
the TOPICS project, and a certificate verifying the same to the State
of California is necessary to proceed therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as fo llows :
1. The Right-of-Way Certificate for project T-3029(S) in
the form on file with the City Clerk is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel , seconded by Councilwoman Thompson
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Talley, Wood and Mayor Levine,
NOES: None. '-..r".......-
ABSENT: None.
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 28th day of

I, Polly S. Kingsley, City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby certify that
