RESOLUTION NO. 959
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 958
REGARDING THE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, at its regular meeting of Tuesday, December 14, 1971,
the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande adopted Resolution
No. 958 ordering the sale of certain real property and setting a
minimum bid of $100.00 for the purchase of said property, and
WHEREAS, following adoption of said resolution it was brought
to the attention of the City Council that the value of said property
could well exceed $100.00 and that it would be improper to sell City
property for less than the value of said property and that the City
Council should determine the value of the property in order to establish
the minimum bid for said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Resolution No. 958
calling for the sale of property referred to in that resolution be
rescinded for purposes of allowing the City Council to determine the
value of said property and re-advertise the sale of it according to
the true value of the property.
On motion of Councilman Wood, seconded by Councilwoman Thompson
and on the following rollcall vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Wood, Talley and
Mayor Levine.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 14th day of December, 1971.

the foregoing Resolution No. 959 is a true, full and correct copy of
said resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of

of December, 1971.
