RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF tHE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ORDERING THE SALE OF CERTAIN BML
PROPERTY FOLLOWING HEARING PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT
CODE SECTION 37420
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande has set the
time and place for hearing protests for the sale of tbe hereinafter
described property and the matter came on regularly for public hearing in
the Arroyo Grande City Council Chambers at 8:00 p,m, December 14, 1971,
and there being no protests concerning the sale of said property,
NOW, tHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the hereinafter described real
property be sold to the highest bidder with the minimum bid set at $100,00,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bids be received at any time prior -
to the City Council meeting of Tuesday, December 28, 1971, at 7:30 p,m.
with bids not to be received until Monday, December 20, 1971. Said
property is described as follows:
Parcell: That portion of Lot 1 in Block 2 of Tract No, 46, as
per map recorded in Book 5 page 64 of Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, California, together
with that portion of l8tb Street, as shown on the map of the
Town of Grover, filed in Book "A" page 6 of Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said county, all in the City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Southerly corner of land designated as
Parcel No, 9 in the Final Order of Condemnation, entered in
" San Luis Obispo County Superior Court Case No, 20701, a
certified copy of which was recorded January iI, 1955 in Book
786 page.429 of Official Records, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County; thence North 30 15' 3~' East along the
Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line of said Tract No. 46

the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly having a
radius of 37,00 feet; thence Southeasterly and Southerly along

mentioned curve a distance of 3,04 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave Westerly having a radius of 660,00 feet;
