RESOLUTION NO. -22L
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING THE CALIFORNIA DISASTER
AND CIVIL DEFENSE MASTER MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, tfW'Governor of the State of California, on the 15th day of
November, 1950, executed the California Disaster and Civil Defense Master MUtual
Aid Agreement on behalf of the St&te of California and all its Departments and
Agencies;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does, by
resolution, hereby approve and agree to abide by said California Disaster and
Civil Defense Master MUtual Aid Agreement; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the California
Emergency Council for filing with said Council,
On motion of Councilman Wood, seconded by Councilwoman Thompson and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Thompson, Wood, Talley and Mayor Levine
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Schlegel
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 9th day of November, 1971.
