SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2000

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Lady called the meeting to order at 6:34 P.M. Mayor Pro Tem Ferrara. Council
Members Runels. Dickens. Tolley. and City Attorney Carmel were present.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
2. CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor Lady announced that the Council was going to meet in closed session to discuss the
following matter:
(a) CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Government Code
Section 54957.6:
Agency Negotiator: Timothy J. Carmel, City Attorney
Unrepresented Employees: Police Chief
3, CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Mayor Lady announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
4, ADJOURNMENT TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:19 P.M. to the regular City Council meeting of September 12.
