A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE REGARDING THE 10 FOOT STRIP
OF PROPERTY OK HALCYON ROAD ADJACENT TO TRACT
NO 153,
w'HEREAS, T1"a(: tNo" 153 was accep red by the Arroyo Gra nde Ci ty Counc i 1
in i959; and
WHEREAS, there is a 10 foot wide strip of property along Halcyon Road
adj"H;ent to Tra,ct 153 which has not been iIH~luded, by the San Luis Obispo
County Tax Assessor, as City property; and
WHEREAS, it was the intention of the Arroyo Grande City Council that
this strip of property be accepted for road purposes by said City at the
time the map for Trac: t No, 153 was accepted and recorded;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE, as follows~
That this resolution be adopted to express the Arroyo Grande City
Council's understanding that the 10 foot wide strip of land on Halc.yon Road
adjacent to Tract No, 153, be deemed as dedicated and acc.epted by the City
01 Arroyo Grande at the time Trae t No. L53 was a.ccepted,
On motion of CouHcilman Talley, seconded by Councilman Wood, and on the
following roll call vote, to wi t;
AYES; Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Wood, Talley an,d Mayor
