RESOLUTION NO. 935
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES
OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement. Department of General
Services of the State of California, to purchase
TRAFFIC PAINT
for and on behalf of the City of Arroyo Grande pursuant to Section 14814,
Government Code, and that Thomas Mo Butch, Purchasing Agent, is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and
other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of
Arroyo Grandeo
On motion of Councilman Talley~ ~econded by Councilman Schlegel
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Tall~y and Mayor Levine
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Wood
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 21th day of April, 19710
