A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTnDRIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT TO UTILITY AGREEMENT

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GP~NDE
AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande are hereby author-
ized to execute an Amendment to Utility Agreement No. 209,0,11 with the State
of California through its Department of Public Works, Division of Highways.
On motion of Councilwoman Thompson, seconded by Councilman Schlegel and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Wood, Talley and Mayor
Levine.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 23rd day of March, 1971.
