RESOLUTION NO, 927
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AUTHORIZING ESTABLISHMENT OF NO PARKING ZONES
ON FARROLL AVENUE AND HALCYON ROAD AND RESTRICTING
PARKING ON A PORTION OF FARROLL AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROyo-'GRANDE AS
FOLLOWS:
The Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande is herewith authorized and
directed to install No Parking and Restricted Parking stgns and markings as
follows:
A No Parking Zone on the north side of Farroll Avenue extending from the
westerly end of the curb return, westerly for a distance of twenty feet (20'),
A No Parking Zone on the West side of Halcyon Road northerly of Farroll
Avenue beginning at the northerly end of the curb return from Farroll
Avenue and extending northerly for twenty feet (20').
A Restricted Parking Zone to prohibit ~llparking between the hours of 8:00^A.M.
and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, bus loading excepted, on the north side
of Farroll Avenue beginning at a point which is located twenty feet (20')
westerly from the westerly end of the curb return from Halcyon Road, thence
westerly a distance of two hundred feet (200').
On motion of Councilman Wood , seconded by Councilman Schlegel , and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Wood, Talley and Mayor Levine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 23rd day of February, 1971.
