RESOLUTION NO, 922
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING AN UNDERGROUND
UTILITY COORDINATING COMMITTEE AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO APPOINT PERSONS TO THIS COMMITTEE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande as follows:
That there is hereby established an Underground Utility Coordinating
Committee of the City of Arroyo Grande, consisting of eight (8) members. This
committee shall be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Council
and shall consist of the following: ,,-.
(a) A Pacific Gas and Electric Company representative.
(b) A Pacific Telephone"andcrele!!'raph Company representative.
(c) A Central Califotniacommunfca1:!:l.onscCorporatign representative.
(d) The Arroyo Grande Director o'f Public Works.
(e) The Arroyo Grande Plannfng Director,
(f) An",Arroyo Grande :City ,Councilman.
(g) Two other residents of the City of Arroyo Grande.
All members of the committee shall be appointed annually by the Mayor,
and shall serve for one year or until their successors are appointed, or at
the pleasure of the Council.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Councilman Wood, and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Wood,Talley and Mayor
Levine.
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of January,
1971.
