RESOLUTION NO. 914
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING RECORDING OF NOTICE
OF COMPLETION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Notice of Completion to that certain
contract entered into March 20, 1970, between M. J. Hermreck, Inc. and
the City of Arroyo Grande be recorded in the San Luis Obispo County
Recorder's Office.
On motion of Cmncilman Wood, seconded by Councilman Talley
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Thompson, Wood, Talley and Mayor Levine
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Schlegel
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 8th day of
December, 1970.
