A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
I
AUTHORIZING AND ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF FAIR OAKS AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande be and he is
herewith authorized and directed to install Speed Limit signs as follows.
25 MILE PER HOUR ZONE
On FAIR OAKS AVENUE from HALCYON ROAD to WOODLAND DRIVE
35 MILE PER HOUR ZONE
On FAIR OAKS AVE1TUE from WOODLAND DRIVE to VALLEY ROAD
25 MILE PER HOUR ZONE
On FAIR. OAKS AVENUE from VALLEY ROAD to TRAFFIC WAY
On motion of Councilman Wood, seconded by Councilman Schlegel
and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Wood, Talley and
Mayor Levine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 22nd day of September, 1970.
