RESOLUTION NO. 8al
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 869
ADOPTED MARCH 24, 1970.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande
adopted a resolution entitled "A Resolution of the City Council
of the City of Arroyo Grande recommending that the County of
San Luis Obispo be appointed by the State as the TOPICS 'Coordi-
nating Agent' for the City of Arroyo Grande", and
WHEREAS, it has .been recommended that the San Luis Obispo
County and Cities Area Planning Coordinating.Council be appointed
by the State as.the TOPICS "Coordinating Agent";
NOT, THEREFORE , THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
r GRANDE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

That certain Resolution entitled "A Resolution of the
City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande recommending that the
County of San Luis Obispo be appointed by the State as the TOPICS
'Coordinating Agent' for the Ci ty of Arroyo Grande", is hereby
rescinded.
On motion of Councilman Wood , seconded by Councilman
Talley and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Wood, Talley
and Mayor Levine
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 9th day of
June, 1970.

I, Polly S. Miller, City Clerk of the City of Arroyo
Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 881 is a true, full and
correct copy of said resolution passed and adopted by the City
