RESOLUTION NO. 879
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING ESTABLISHMENT OF A
BOULEVARD STOP SIGN AND A NO PARKING ZONE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AS FOLLOWS:
That the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande
be and he is herewith authorized and directed to install a
Boulevard Stop and No Parking signs as follows:
A Boulevard Stop sign on COURTLAND AVENUE so as to stop
vehicles traveling south on COURTLAND AVENUE at GRAND
AVENUE.
A No Parking Zone on the east side of NEVADA STREET
to extend from the north line of BRANCH STREET
northerly 136 feet.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel , seconded by
Councilwoman Thompson and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Schlegel, Thompson, Talley and Mayor Levine
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Wood
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 26th day of
May, 1970.
