RESOLUTION NO. 873
A RESOLUTION OF THE C~TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE SUPPORTING THE CALIFO~~IA
DIVISION OF HIGHWAY'S ALTERNATE A IN THE
REALIGNMENT OF HIGHWAY ONE BETWEEN GUADALUPE
TO A POINT WEST OF ARROYO GRANDE.
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has considered several alternates for
the realignment of Highway One and desires to indicate its preference by
Resolution of the City Council;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
That the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande supports the Cal-
ifornia Division of Highway's Alternate "A" regarding the realignment of
Highway One between the City of Guadalupe and the City of Arroyo Grande.
On motion of Councilman Wood, seconded by Councilman Talley and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilwoman Thompson, Councilmen Schlegel, Wood, Talley and
Mayor Levine.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28th day of April,
