RESOLUTION NO. 870
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR PERMIT
TO SUPPLY DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM FROM THE LOPEZ
WATER SUPPLY (IN ADDITION TO DEEP WELL SUPPLY)
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, that pursuant
and subject to all of the terms, conditions and provisions of Division 5,
Part 1, Chapter 7, Sections 4010 to 4035 of the California Health and Safety
Code and all amendments thereto, relating to domestic water supplies, appli-
cation by this City be made to the State Board of Public Health, for a permit
to amend source of domestic water supply to include water from the Lopez
Water Supply Project in addition to present well system and that the Mayor of
said City Council be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause the
necessary data to be prepared, and investigations to be made, and in the name
of said City of Arroyo Grande to sign and file such application with the said
State Board of Public Health.
On motion of Councilman Levine, seconded by Councilman Wood and on the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Levine, Wood, Talley and Mayor Thompson.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 13th day of April, 1970.
