RESOLUTION NO. 867
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A "1.5 MUTaTE
PARKING" ZONE ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF GRA.~D AVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS
FOLLOWS:
That hereafter that parking on the south side of Grand Ave. begin-
ning 30 feet easterly of the centerline of Rena Street and extending
easterly a distance of 25 feet~ be limited to fifteen minute parking
only.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of
Arroyo Grande be, and he hereby is authorized to provide and install
sufficient signs and/or markings to indicate that said area has limited
parking for fifteen minutes only.
On motion of Councilman Schlegel, seconded by Councilman Levine, and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Schlegel, Levine, Wood, Talley and Mayor
Thompson.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 24th day of March,
1970.
