RESOLUTION NO. 860
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION
NO. 851 RELATING TO A CERTAIN MEASURE TO BE
VOTED ON AT THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO
BE HELD IN .SAID CITY ON TUESDAY THE 14TH DAY
OF APRIL, 1970

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER that Section 2
of Resolution No. 851, adopted January 27, 1970, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
SECTION 2. That said City Council, pursuant to its
right and authority so to do, does hereby determine that there
shall be and there is hereby ordered submitted to the qualified
electors of said City at said regular general municipal election
the following question, to wit:
SHALL THE ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ARROYO YES
GRANDE MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING FOR
FUTURE AMENDMENT OF ITS PROVISIONS
RELATING TO GARBAGE AND REFUSE BY CITY
COUNCIL ACTION, BE ADOPTED? NO
On motion of Councilman Wood , seconded by
Councilman Levine and on the following roll call vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Levine, Wood, Talley and
Mayor Thompson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman schlegel
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 24th day
of February, 1970.
